The most famous, favorite and popular way of making coffee in a Turk is called Turkish or Oriental. This is how we will try to brew the drink. You need to make coffee on a gas stove, but if you have an electric stove, then it's okay, you will need to turn it on at medium power.

So, at the bottom of the Turks we add one pinch of salt and ground coffee beans. If you like spices, then you can experiment with cardamom, anise, cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg. Thus, you can get new combinations every time, and therefore a new taste.
