It is necessary

  • - Turk,
  • - ground coffee,
  • - spices.

Instructions

Step 1

The easiest way to brew coffee on the stove is as follows. For a Turk with a volume of about 200 ml, you need to take one or two (to taste) teaspoons of coffee with a slide. It is better to use finely ground coffee, it is more suitable for brewing. Pour cold water over coffee in a turk and put on fire. A small fire is best, but some impatient coffee lovers use a large fire as well. Watch the coffee carefully: you should take it off as soon as the drink starts to boil. You can not bring coffee to a boil, its taste is greatly spoiled by this. Remove the coffee on time, wait a few minutes, until the grounds settle. Then you can pour into a cup, add sugar or milk to taste: the coffee is ready!

Step 2

There is another recipe, it is faster, but the taste is slightly different. Take a Turk, pour water into it and boil it. Then remove the turk from the heat, pour one heaped teaspoon of coffee into hot water, stir so that a pleasant foam appears on the surface. In general, stirring the coffee while brewing will always create a froth. Then put the turkey on the smallest heat on the stove and gently bring to a boil. Remove the Turk from the stove as soon as the foam starts to rise and curl up.

Step 3

For extra strong coffee, use the following method. Take a Turk, rinse it and dry it over a fire, the metal will heat up a little. Now pour coffee into the Turk and pour cold water. Put on low heat and wait until foam appears. You need to remove the Turk before the foam starts to rise. Turn off the heat and wait 5-7 minutes. Now put the coffee back on the fire and bring to a boil, again over low heat. With this method, it is very important to remove the coffee on time, but you should not mix the coffee grounds.

Step 4

Flavored coffee. If you like exotic recipes and spices, you will definitely like this coffee. Take a Turk, pour half a third of a teaspoon of ginger into it and cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and pour the resulting water somewhere: it will come in handy soon. Rinse the Turk and dry it over the fire. Now pour sugar on the bottom to taste. If you usually drink sugar-free coffee, then take one level teaspoon. Put the turk on a small heat, on the gradually caramelizing sugar, throw a couple of cloves, three grains of black pepper (they need to be bitten or cut with a knife before that), 2-3 things of cardamom (they should be peeled off with your fingers). You can also put coriander on the tip of a knife. It is important to drop the spices quickly, while some of the sugar is still white. Next, put 2 teaspoons of coffee in the Turk. Wait a few seconds: it's time to pour in the ginger water! Boil this coffee over low heat without stirring. Once it's ready, take it off. Let stand for a few minutes before using.
