Lovers of aromatic coffee cannot even imagine a day without their favorite drink. You don't have to visit a coffee shop to enjoy a truly rich taste. You can also make a cup of coffee at home using a little trick. It is very important to select high quality freshly roasted coffee beans. They must be packed in a tight bag that does not allow light to pass through. Grind grains shortly before cooking. Several methods of making coffee deserve special attention.

Coffee with yolk and honey in a Turk

A truly rich and delicious coffee can be brewed in a Turk. Coffee shops often serve a honey drink with the addition of egg yolk. You can cook it at home, and this will require:

  • 4 tsp ground coffee;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 30 ml of liquid honey;
  • 150 ml of water;
  • some salt.

A pinch of salt should be put on the bottom of the Turks and put on the fire. Add ground coffee immediately and cover with water. As soon as foam appears on the surface, remove the Turk from the heat. Repeat the procedure after 5 minutes. This is necessary in order for the taste to be richer. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg yolk, honey. Put the Turkish coffee on the fire, after boiling, pour the prepared mixture into it and after 30 seconds remove the drink from the stove. Strain it and quickly pour it into cups.

Homemade cappuccino in French press

Cappuccino is a popular Italian coffee drink made with frothed milk. Coffee shops offer different options. If you have a French press at home, you can make a cappuccino yourself. This will require:

  • 4 tbsp. l. ground coffee;
  • 350 ml of water.

Pour coffee into a French press, pour boiling water over it and let it brew for 5 minutes, then lower the plunger and pour the drink into cups, without adding about half the volume. Heat the milk, beat with a blender or mixer until a thick foam without large bubbles is formed. If it is not possible to use such household appliances, you can pour milk into a French press, lower the piston to this level, and then start moving it up and down until foam forms.
