Everyone is used to the fact that muffins are sweet pastries. Why not experiment and make meat muffins, and even with mushrooms. They look festive, creating a special atmosphere at your table.
It is necessary
- For minced meat:
- - 250 g of beef;
- - 250 g of pork;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 egg;
- - Red pepper;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 1 onion;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - vegetable oil;
- - mayonnaise;
- - Red pepper;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking minced meat. Chop the meat and mince it. Grate the onion on a coarse grater. Add the onion to the meat. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Add the egg and mix everything.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Boil mushrooms and chop finely. Fry in vegetable oil and combine with onions. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil, then put the minced meat on the bottom of each mold. Then the mushroom stuffing and minced meat again. Grease with mayonnaise on top.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Serve with potatoes. Decorate with herbs.
