Tiramisu is an Italian dessert popular all over the world. You do not need to bake this dessert. Two indispensable ingredients of the delicacy are Savoyardi cookies and Mascarpone soft cheese.

It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 250 g mascarpone cheese;
  • - 250 ml of black coffee;
  • - 200 g of icing sugar;
  • - 80 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 44 pcs. biscuit cookies;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of brandy.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until it is completely dissolved. The consistency of the mixture should be light, airy.

Step 2

Add mascarpone, beat until smooth. Beat the whites into a fairly strong foam, add them to the mixture with the cheese.

Step 3

Mix chilled black coffee with brandy.

Step 4

Dip some biscuits in brandy coffee. They should be soaked, then line the bottom of the tiramisu mold with them. The base of the dessert is ready.

Step 5

Place half of the mascarpone cheese mixture on top of the biscuits in a mold, then place the biscuit layer again. The last layer is the remnants of the curd.

Step 6

Put the tiramisu with brandy in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or better for the whole night, the dessert should be thoroughly soaked. After that, decorate the treat with grated chocolate or melt the chocolate and pour the tiramisu over it.
