The most common is Arabica. It has a rich yet mellow flavor and a slightly chocolatey aroma. Blue Mountain has a classic taste and a rum aroma. Porridge - mild taste and nutty flavor. Pico has a rich taste and a fir aroma. Arabien Mocha is distinguished by its wine flavor. Kenyan coffee can change flavors from tobacco to citrus. In general, there are a lot of varieties, like cooking recipes, and it all depends on your taste preferences.

  • Oriental coffee. 2 tbsp. Put 1 liter of ground coffee in a Turk and pour 100 ml of cold water. Add 2 cloves, a pinch of cinnamon, half a vanilla pod, and a pinch of nutmeg. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and repeat this procedure 3 times. Let it brew for literally 2 minutes and strain. Add cane sugar to taste and enjoy the delights of the East.

  • Swedish coffee. 2 tbsp. Put 1 liter of ground coffee in a Turk and pour 150 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add mixture of 1 teaspoon rum, 1/2 yolk and 2 teaspoons sugar. Serve with cream.
  • Irish coffee. 1 tbsp. Put 1 liter of ground coffee in a Turk and pour 100 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. In a separate bowl, boil 20 ml of Irish whiskey with 1 tbsp. l sugar and a pinch of cinnamon, pour the mixture into the coffee. Serve with a topping of whipped cream and grated dark chocolate.
  • Jamaican coffee. 2 tbsp. Put 1 liter of ground coffee in a Turk and pour 100 ml of cold water. Add 2 thin slices of orange with zest and 1/2 slice of lemon. Bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp. l rum and 1 tbsp. l sugar. Strain. Serve garnished with an orange wedge.
  • Mint coffee. 2 tbsp. Put 1 liter of ground coffee in a Turk and pour 100 ml of cold water. Add 1 tbsp. l of grated dark chocolate and bring to a boil. Pour in 2 tbsp. l mint liqueur and bring to a boil again. Add sugar to taste and serve garnished with mint leaves. If you want a non-alcoholic option, then replace the mint liqueur with ground mint and sugar.

  • Coffee with milk. 2 tbsp. l ground coffee, pour 150 ml of milk. Bring to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon cocoa, 2 teaspoons sugar and bring to a boil again. Serve with a cap of whipped cream and a little sugar, garnish with almond petals.
