It is necessary

  • - 250 ml of milk
  • - 1 tbsp. l. icing sugar
  • - 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • - 100 g of chocolate
  • - vanilla sugar
  • - natural coffe

Instructions

Step 1

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar using a whisk or mixer. Bring the milk to a boil and put chocolate in it, broken into small pieces or grated on a coarse grater. Stir the mixture thoroughly and wait until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Brew black coffee separately. It is advisable to prepare a very strong but sweet drink. Add sugar to the finished coffee and place it carefully.

Step 3

Fill one-third of the transparent glasses, wine glasses or mugs with black coffee. Then gently pour in the milk and chocolate mixture. To make the layer even, you can use a wide knife. Pour the milk onto the blade in a thin stream and direct it in the desired direction.

Step 4

Chocolate is heavier than coffee, so the milk mixture will end up at the bottom. The layers will differ in color. The final stage will be whipped cream, which must also be carefully laid out on top of the prepared drink.

Step 5

Before serving, Turin coffee can be garnished with chocolate chips or finely grated nuts. It is advisable to use bitter chocolate.
