This recipe for cooking shrimp salad is interesting because the dish can be served as an independent dish and as a side dish for fried meat.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of pasta;
- - 200 g ready-made shrimp;
- - 3 medium sized tomatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 mini-portion of Knorr "Tiny Bunch"
- - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- - 3 sprigs of herbs to taste (parsley, cilantro, basil, dill);
- - 4 green lettuce leaves;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's boil the pasta. Cook them in plenty of water. Lightly salt the water to taste. Cook the pasta for as long as indicated on the package. When they are cooked, fold in a colander so that excess water can drain off. Drizzle over some vegetable oil and stir. This is necessary so that the pasta does not stick together.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and chop 1 mini-portion of Knorr “Crumb Bunch” into it. Add the shrimp and heat the whole mixture over the fire for a couple of minutes. The mass must be stirred frequently. Once 2 minutes have passed, remove the shrimp to a plate using a slotted spoon.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small wedges. Chop the garlic. Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry the mixture.
Step 4
Mix pasta with shrimps and tomatoes, add a little greens.
Step 5
Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels. Tear the lettuce into slices that are comfortable to eat.
Step 6
Put the shrimps with pasta and tomatoes on a dish, pour over with vegetable oil, whipped with lemon juice. Stir.
Step 7
Serve immediately. Serve as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat.
