The salad with beef and carrots is very satisfying, tasty and aromatic. This salad is suitable for the festive table because of its uniqueness and sophistication.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of beef
- - 2-3 carrots
- - 7 pcs. radish
- - 3 eggs
- - 2 pickled cucumbers
- - 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- - 2 pinches of nutmeg
- - 2 pinches of curry
- - paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- - lettuce leaves
- - olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Mix vegetable oil and soy sauce in a small container, mix everything thoroughly and pour into a hot frying pan, heat the mixture.
Step 2
Rinse the meat, dry it, put it on a cutting board. Cut the beef for the salad into strips or very small cubes. Put the pieces of meat in a frying pan and simmer for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Place the meat in a colander or paper towel to drain the excess oil.
Step 3
Peel, rinse and dry carrots and radishes. Grate the carrots or cut into small strips, and simply cut the radishes into strips.
Step 4
Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, add a pinch of salt and put on fire, boil hard. Cool eggs, peel and cut into strips as well. Cut the cucumbers into long and thin cubes.
Step 5
Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan, add seasonings, salt and pepper, heat. Put radishes, meat and carrots on the heated oil, fry for 5 minutes. Remember to stir.
Step 6
Rinse the lettuce leaves, put on a plate, top with fried vegetables and meat, pickled cucumbers, eggs, mix everything a little, pour oil from a pan and serve.
