Salad with Korean carrots and beef turns out to be not only incredibly tasty and mouth-watering. Preparing this salad is quite simple and will take very little time.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium beet
- 50 g of Korean carrots;
- 1 onion;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- mayonnaise;
- 2 potato tubers;
- 0.5 kg of beef;
- 200 g of white cabbage;
- garlic cloves.
Preparation:
- Rinse the beef thoroughly and cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. After that, the meat must be poured into a hot frying pan, into which a small amount of vegetable oil is previously poured.
- Fry the beef with regular stirring until it is fully cooked.
- Potato tubers should be peeled and rinsed thoroughly. Then they are cut into very small cubes.
- White cabbage must be washed and finely chopped.
- Cucumbers also need to be washed thoroughly. They, like other vegetables, need to be chopped into small cubes.
- Fresh beets must be peeled and washed thoroughly. Then grind the root vegetable using a coarse grater.
- Put a frying pan on a hot stove and pour some vegetable oil into it. After it gets hot, pour the chopped potatoes into it. It should be sautéed with frequent stirring until a golden, crispy crust forms on all sides. Then the finished potatoes should be laid out on a paper towel or napkins and allowed to absorb excess fat.
- Pour the prepared meat into a deep plate. Then add garlic cloves to it, which must first be peeled, washed and chopped with a garlic grinder. It is also at this point that the right amount of salt is added to the beef. Everything mixes well.
- The onion must be peeled and cut into small cubes using a sharp knife.
- After all the ingredients are prepared, you can start serving. Onions are placed in a heap in the center of the dish, and mayonnaise is put on it. Further, in a circle in sections, the remaining ingredients are laid out in small slides in random order. If desired, they can also be mixed with each other.
