Italian salad of beef and marinated artichokes is served warm. The dish looks very beautiful and original, and at the same time it cooks very quickly. The cooking time will take no more than 20 minutes.

- - 40 ml balsamic vinegar
- - 40 g pickled artichokes
- - 150 g arugula
- - olive oil
- - 50 g sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1
Cut the beef into thin strips or small medallions. Fry the workpiece in olive oil. Until a crust appears on the meat, add salt and black pepper to the contents of the pan. Mix the pieces of beef thoroughly.
Step 2
Put the fried meat on a plate. Place sun-dried tomatoes and pickled artichokes, cut into several pieces, next to each other. Chop the arugula and put it on a dish with a top layer.
Step 3
Before serving, season the salad with olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. The dish is best served warm to guests. If desired, beef can be replaced with any other type of meat.
