All the salads that you make for every holiday are already boring not only for you, but also for the guests, and you really want something unusual and new. Try a new kind of salad and it will become a permanent feature on your holiday tables!
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. ready-made rice;
- - Artichokes - 200 g;
- - Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs (large);
- - A handful of pitted olives;
- - Green onions.
- For green oil, you will need:
- - Greens;
- - Cilantro;
- - Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
- - Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
For convenience, remove all ingredients and place them on the table. Prepare the green oil first. To do this, pour olive oil into a blender, add chopped herbs, cilantro, lemon juice and salt to it. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 2
Now chop up the artichokes and gherkins. Artichokes can be cut into quarters and gherkins should be chopped. Important! If you have frozen artichokes, boil them for about 5 minutes first.
Step 3
Chop green onions and olives. It doesn't matter how you cut the olives, you can even throw in whole ones.
Step 4
Now add vegetables, onions and olives to the bowl of rice. Season with green oil and stir.
Step 5
Chill the salad in the refrigerator. Let it sit for about 30-60 minutes. Salad ready!
