Warm salad with beef turns out to be surprisingly tasty, appetizing and quite nutritious. It can be served as a salad or as a main course. It is prepared quite simply and not very long.

It is necessary

  • • 200 g of boneless beef;
  • • 200 g of canned beans;
  • • 100 g of honey (liquid);
  • • 60 g spinach;
  • • olive oil;
  • • 100 g of pasta (feathers or shells);
  • • 200 g of yogurt without additives;
  • • ½ part leek;
  • • 100 g of ham (optional);
  • • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the beef thoroughly and place it in a small saucepan. Pour the required amount of water there, add a little salt and place the container on a hot stove. Cook the beef until cooked through, which can take about 90-100 minutes.

Step 2

When there is a third of an hour left before the beef is ready, you should start cooking the pasta. To do this, they are poured into boiling salted water (a separate saucepan is used). With regular stirring, bring the pasta until cooked through, but be careful not to boil it over. Then drain the water and add a small amount of olive oil.

Step 3

Cut the pre-washed leeks into not too thick rings.

Step 4

Ready, slightly cooled beef should be cut into small cubes with a sharp knife.

Rinse the spinach thoroughly in running water. Wait for the excess liquid to drain, and then chop it finely with a sharp knife.

Step 5

Pour some olive oil into a frying pan on a hot stove, and after it is hot, add chopped leeks. Fry it, stirring regularly, for about 3 minutes, then add the chopped spinach to the skillet.

Step 6

After that, pour the meat into the pan and add the required amount of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well and fry over medium heat. After a while, you need to pour the finely chopped ham into the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Combine pasta and canned beans in a deep bowl. Then put the contents of the frying pan there and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 8

Combine yogurt with the right amount of honey. Beat the mixture well. The resulting yoghurt dressing should be tucked into the salad. Mix everything thoroughly and serve while the dish is still warm.
