Everyone knows cold salads and, unfortunately, few people know about warm salads. However, even if someone heard, then for some reason he did not dare to try. Surprise yourself and your loved ones with this delicious salad, thanks to the beans and goat cheese, the salad is very healthy!
It is necessary
- - 400 g of canned beans;
- - 250 g of rice;
- - 100 g of goat cheese;
- - 0.5 tsp cumin;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 1 tsp lemon juice;
- - 600 ml of chicken broth;
- - a handful of raisins;
- - 2 pieces of red onion;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - salt pepper;
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the cumin in a skillet for 2 minutes, then add chopped onions and cinnamon. Mix everything well and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add rice, stir and add broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add beans. If there is excess liquid, drain it.
Step 3
Chop the onion, add raisins and parsley. Then mash the cheese. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Pour everything with olive oil, lemon juice, mix well. This is the main part of the salad.
Step 4
It remains to arrange the salad on the plates. To do this, you first need to lay out the rice and pour the salad on top. Stir well and serve!
