A warm salad with shrimps turns out to be not only incredibly tasty, but also very useful, since seafood contains a large amount of vitamins and microelements necessary for a person.

It is necessary

  • • 150 g of shrimp;
  • • half a glass of canned pineapple;
  • • 1 avocado;
  • • 2 garlic cloves;
  • • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar;
  • • juice from ½ lemon;
  • • 1 pinch of red hot pepper and 1 pinch of black pepper.
  • • 1 head of red onion;
  • • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
  • • ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and rinse the onion, then cut into very small cubes. You also need to remove the husk from the garlic cloves and rinse them. Chop the garlic with a knife.

Step 2

Place the stewpan on a hot stove. You need to pour quite a bit of vegetable oil into it. After it has heated up, pour in the prepared onion and garlic. Mix everything well and fry over medium heat with regular stirring.

Step 3

The thawed shrimp should be placed in a saucepan and mixed again thoroughly. Shrimp should be fried with systematic stirring for no more than 3 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar into a saucepan and combine. Wait for the contents of the saucepan to warm up, and then remove it from the stove.

Step 5

Put the finished shrimp on the bottom of the salad bowl.

Step 6

Wash the avocado and remove the pits and peels. Cut it into small cubes. After that, the cut avocado pulp should be poured with a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything well and transfer to the shrimp salad bowl.

Step 7

Remove the pineapples from the jar and cut them into small cubes. Then they are poured into a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 8

Rinse the parsley thoroughly, wait for the excess liquid to drain, chop finely with a sharp knife and pour into a salad bowl.

Step 9

Now you need to add the required amount of salt to the salad bowl, as well as black and hot red peppers. Mix everything. Ready salad can be served at the table.
