In our understanding, salad most often acts as an "aperitif" before the main feast. But today, modern gastronomy is increasingly destroying this stereotype, salads with elements of a real hearty lunch appear on our tables. It can be warm beef, stewed fish, and even cereals with pasta.
It is necessary
- -100 g mixed salad (rosso, romano, iceberg)
- -10 cherry tomatoes
- -150 g duck breast
- -30 g parmesan
- - half celery stalk
- -salt, pepper, thyme, granular mustard, honey
- -olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
First prepare the salad dressing by whisking the mustard in a small ceramic bowl, gradually adding honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Continue whisking the sauce for a few more minutes, then refrigerate.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves coarsely with your hands, mix with chopped celery and ready-made dressing. Cut the cherry into two halves, put the salad on a dish, and put the tomatoes around it. Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater and sprinkle on the salad.
Step 3
Cut duck breast, 0.5 cm thick each slice, salt and fry in a pan on both sides for 30 seconds each. Add a sprig of thyme for flavor when frying. Place the fried duck breast on top of the salad and top with the sauce.
