Delicious salad with chicken, pickled mushrooms and chips. The usual dressing for such a salad will not work, so we will prepare a simple dressing, but very spicy. It is better to cook the chips yourself.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 300 g of pickled mushrooms;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 potato;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce and mayonnaise;
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- - a pinch of turmeric, salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry on a paper towel. Pepper, salt the chicken, add turmeric - it will give the meat an amazing aroma and color. Send the breast to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Homemade chicken takes a little longer to cook in store.
Step 2
Remove the chicken from the oven, wrap it in foil, so the breast will retain its juiciness and remain tender.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut them into very thin slices and pat dry. Deep-fry or bake in the oven, whichever is more convenient for you. You can also fry in a skillet with the addition of vegetable oil. Salt the resulting chips a little. You can, of course, take any store-bought chips, but it turns out tastier without chemicals.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing: Combine mayonnaise with mustard and soy sauce for a spicy flavor. Set aside the resulting dressing for now.
Step 5
Cut the cooled chicken breast into slices. Take a flat plate, lay a layer of chicken, pour the sauce on top. It is better to use a culinary ring so that later the collected salad turns out to be neat. If there is no such ring, you can use a cut-off plastic bottle.
Step 6
Place a layer of chopped pickled mushrooms on top of the chicken. Then a boiled egg, cut into circles. Pour the sauce, then a layer of chicken and sauce again. Top with potato chips, serve puff chicken salad with chips and savory dressing to the table. You should make 3 servings.
