Delicious and unusual salad. It can be safely served in the summer heat as a main dish.
It is necessary
- - 4 hard boiled eggs
- - 300 g of chicken liver,
- - 4 small red tomatoes,
- - 100 g green beans
- - 200 g of green salad.
- For refueling:
- - 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- - 1 tbsp. liquid honey,
- - 2 tbsp. olive oil,
- - 1 tbsp. mustard,
- - salt and pepper to taste.
- For cheese chips:
- - 50 g Parmesan.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the chips. Heat a dry frying pan over low heat and add finely grated cheese into it. As soon as the cheese is melted, immediately remove the pan from the heat and carefully remove the chips from the pan. We put it on a plate and set it aside.
Step 2
Cut off the films from the chicken liver. Cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper to taste. Fry it until cooked over low heat in sunflower oil, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Then we transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Fry the beans until cooked in sunflower oil.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into 2-4 slices, cut the eggs into slices.
Step 5
For dressing, put all the ingredients in a cup and beat them with a fork until smooth. After that, 4 tsp. pour the dressings into a separate cup.
Step 6
Add salad to the dressing and mix thoroughly. Divide the lettuce leaves between four plates. Put the fried liver, cut into slices, tomatoes, eggs and beans on top. Pour 1 tsp each serving. dressing, garnish with ¼ part of the cheese chips and serve.
