    • 100 g lingonberries;

    • vegetable oil for frying meat and saute flour;
    • parsley and dill;
    • sugar
    • pepper
    • salt to taste.

Step 1

To make a braised bear meat, you first need to remove the specific smell. For this, the meat is washed under cold water, slightly dried with a napkin, and then rubbed with caraway seeds, garlic, sprinkled with dry mint grass and crushed juniper berries. Then it is kept in a cold place for 24 hours.

Rinse the meat prepared in this way to remove the remnants of herbs, salt, grate with black pepper and put to fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil.

During this time, peel carrots, turnips, onions and parsley root. Chop carrots and parsley root into strips, turnips into cubes, onions into rings. Wash the porcini mushrooms, cut the legs into circles, and the caps into small pieces.
