Homemade baking: bear cookie recipe
To make cookies, you need a mold in the form of bears. If finding it is problematic, you can use a star-shaped mold - the cookies will turn out to be no less interesting and original.
First you need to preheat the oven to 175C. While it is warming up, you can cook the dough. To do this, you need to mix softened butter with sugar in a bowl to get a light mass that resembles a cream in consistency. Then an egg and vanilla extract are hammered into it. Flour with baking powder is sifted into another bowl, then it must be mixed in small portions into a cream of cream and sugar to make a homogeneous dough.
The finished dough needs to be rolled out to a thickness of about 3 millimeters. Then, using a form, cut out bears (or stars) from it. Ready-made bears can be laid out on baking trays lined with baking paper, adding raisins, almonds or candied fruit to the center of each cookie.
In the next step, you will need a toothpick or wooden stick to make the bears eyes and a nose. The paws of the bears should be placed on top of the filling to give the feeling that the bears are hugging nuts, raisins or candied fruits.
The baking time is only 6-8 minutes, after which the cookies must be left on the baking sheet to cool. Wonderful pastries are ready!
