On the eve of the New Year holidays, I want to surprise my family with something special. Bake delicious chocolate chip cookies, treat yourself and your loved ones.
It is necessary
- - 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1 glass of white sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- - 2 tablespoons of ground ginger
- - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves and nutmeg
- - 3 glasses of molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - 1/2 glass of water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking dishes, brush them with butter.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. In a blender, beat thoroughly the water, vanilla extract and molasses, then add a little flour and continue whisking until smooth.
Step 3
Combine the mixture from the blender with the contents in the bowl and dry ingredients.
Step 4
Divide the dough into baking tins. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, you can drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with coconut flakes. Bon Appetit!
