Recipe for excellent soft cookies with almond and cocoa flavor. The dough is easy to prepare, it bakes quickly. It is also elementary to prepare the icing for the cookies - just mix all the necessary components.

- For the test:
- - 2 glasses of sugar;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 1 glass of butter;
- - 1 glass of cocoa;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt.
- For glaze:
- - 3 cups of powdered sugar;
- - 1/3 cup of butter, cocoa;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a mixer to beat softened butter or confectionery fat with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each. Add vanilla extract. Separately mix the sifted flour with cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
Step 2
Start adding dry ingredients to the butter mixture a little at a time, stirring the dough until smooth. Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 4 cm (you get 40-45 pieces), put them on a baking sheet, put in the oven.
Step 3
Bake chocolate cookies for 13-17 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees, you must warm up the oven to the specified mark in advance! Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack.
Step 4
Now it remains to prepare the almond glaze: mix the butter with cocoa, icing sugar, almond extract. Pour in milk until the desired thickness. Pour the resulting icing liberally over the cooled chocolate chip cookies.

Store almond-coated chocolate chip cookies in a dry, sealable container.
