Your attention is invited to a good recipe for cookies in the form of rings and stars. It can be beautifully packaged and presented to friends, or you can hide it in a secret box and delight yourself with morning coffee and cookies every day.
It is necessary
- To make cookies you will need:
- • 300 gr flour and 2 eggs - 1 per dough and 1 - for greasing cookies,
- • 100 gr of good dark chocolate without additives,
- • powdered sugar 100 gr and 150 gr butter,
- • 2 tbsp. liquor (Amaretto or something else),
- • some more sugar and Blue Curasao liqueur - for colored sugar to the stars,
- • and more nuts - for sprinkling rings.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar and chocolate, which have been grated in advance. Add some cold oil and mix. Add the egg and liquor to the dough.
Step 2
Roll the resulting dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes - let the dough rest and get stronger.
Step 3
After half an hour, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a sheet of special paper on a baking sheet. We pinch off a piece of dough from the ball (about 2/3), roll it into a layer half a centimeter thick. We cut the strips. The thickness is half a centimeter, and the length is 10 centimeters. We intertwine 2 strips and make rings. We spread the rings on a baking sheet.
Step 4
In a bowl, shake the egg slightly and grease the rings with it. Top - sprinkle with ground nuts (I have almonds). We bake the rings at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Roll the rest of the dough into a layer half a centimeter thick and cut out the stars with a cookie cutter. In a cup, mix 3 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. blue liquor. We spread the stars on a sheet of baking paper, grease them with an egg and sprinkle them with colored sugar on top. We bake the stars at 200 degrees for 7 minutes.
