Red peppers with shrimps under white wine are perfect for a dinner for two.

- -1/2 red pepper
- -1/4 cup chopped white onions
- -2 tablespoons minced garlic
- -4 tablespoons butter
- -1/2 tbsp olive oil
- -1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- -1/2 glass of white wine
- -200 grams of shrimp
- -salt + pepper
- -1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- -800 grams of raw pasta
- -1/4 cup chopped parsley
- -1 lemon
- -1 glass of white wine
Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil with the butter. Add onion and red pepper and simmer over medium heat until soft. Then add the garlic and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Then add a glass of white wine to complete the flavor and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 2
Fry the shrimp in a frying pan until golden brown. Combine the shrimp with red pepper and salt. Add this mixture to the pot from step 1.
Step 3
Cook pasta in a large saucepan according to package directions.
Step 4
After the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the saucepan from step 1 and add the Parmesan cheese. Mix everything thoroughly, let the cheese melt.
