While the pasta is boiling, add more vegetable oil to the pan with onions. Put the bell peppers in a skillet and fry them, stirring occasionally. Approximately 5 minutes. Do not overcook, otherwise the pepper will become soft and tasteless.
Rinse canned beans under running water. The easiest way to do this is in a cola slag. When the water has drained, the beans can be poured into the pan. Add thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Readiness will come when the beans are warmed up. This is about 3 minutes.
The pasta is already cooked and you can drain the water. Add butter to prevent them from sticking together. They can now be mixed with vegetables and beans. The dish is ready! You can also serve separately. Simply by placing the vegetable mixture on a plate next to the pasta. From above, all this beauty can be sprinkled with herbs. For example, dill and parsley. But this is not for everybody.
The dish is good because the vegetable mixture can be prepared in advance. Everything was fried until tender and put into the refrigerator. The main thing is not to forget to heat the vegetables in the microwave before adding the mixture to the pasta.
