Is this not a reason to diversify an ordinary evening with your loved one (or good friends) with spicy aromatic mulled wine? Prepare it together, the more it is done quite simply. Then your evening will be special and will cheer everyone up, and the beneficial properties of mulled wine will help strengthen the immune system, saturate the body with vitamins and fight colds.

- 1. A bottle of dry red wine
- 2. Honey (preferably flower) - 80 g
- 3. Cinnamon (not ground)
- 4. Carnation
- 5. Anise
- 6. Half an apple
- 7. Half a lemon
- 8. Half an orange
- 9. A little prunes
- 10. A handful of lingonberries or cranberries

Step 1
Cut the orange, apple and lemon into slices. The main thing is that the pieces of fruit are not too small. Place in a container in which you will prepare mulled wine. Mulled wine is cooked very nicely in a heat-resistant glass saucepan, but a regular saucepan will do. Fill the fruit with wine. We put on low heat. Add washed prunes and thawed lingonberries.
Step 2
Is the wine and fruit slightly warmed up? Then add cloves, cinnamon and anise. Stir gently until honey dissolves. By the way, you can use a ready-made spice mixture for mulled wine. These are sold in many stores and are inexpensive.
Step 3
This step is the most important. You should watch how mulled wine is brewed. Don't leave the saucepan for a minute. It is necessary to warm up, but under no circumstances should it be boiled. As soon as it starts to boil, turn it off. The drink is ready! Can be poured into glasses (heat-resistant) and drunk.
