Many inhabitants of our planet love sweets, but when this love flows into an obsession and even becomes an addiction, something needs to be done.

Step 1
In no case, do not abruptly quit eating sweets - you can hold out for a while, but there is a risk that one day you will break loose and fill your stomach to such an extent that you will end up in the hospital.
Step 2
Try replacing regular candies with diabetic ones. Instead of sugar, it contains fructose, but it is still less destructive to the body.
Step 3
Lean on dried fruits, nuts, candied fruits, natural marmalade and, of course, fruits - bananas are especially good substitutes for sweet ones. And also eat more fermented milk products: kefir, yoghurts, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, milk, and so on.
Step 4
If you're in the mood for candy, buy a muesli nutritious bar from the grocery store - they come in many varieties. Or children's hematogen - it is, of course, very sweet - you should not get too carried away with it either, but it contains a lot of useful substances to improve the composition of the blood.
Step 5
Never eat sweets on an empty stomach - it seems to you that you want sweets, in fact, you are just hungry. As soon as you eat, you can indulge in some dessert. Try to chew mint gum for ten minutes after eating, but only without sugar - often, after that you simply forget that you just died from the desire to eat a kilogram of sweets.
Step 6
Avoid sugary soda altogether. It is better to allow yourself to eat one candy than to drink a bottle of this water.
Step 7
By the way, children's fruit purees are good substitutes for sweets. They do not contain sugar, but they taste good. Try it!
