One of the most delicious and easy to prepare cakes is "Slastena". Its creamy-chocolate taste and delicate texture will please everyone, from a small child to an elderly person. It is better to cook the cake in the evening, since it takes at least 12 hours for the layers to be saturated with sour cream.

Ingredients

For the test:

- cookies, 300 grams;

- eggs, 4 pcs;

- flour, 500 grams;

- sugar, 100 grams;

- cocoa, 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- sour cream, 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- baking powder for dough, 10 grams.

For the cream:

- butter, 200 grams;

- semolina, 2 tbsp. spoons;

- sugar, 120 grams;

- milk, 200 ml;

- sour cream, 3 tbsp. spoons

For decoration:

- nuts to taste (walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, almonds), 100 grams;

- chocolate, 200 grams

Recipe

Grind the cookies into crumbs.

For the Slastena cake, it is better to choose shortbread cookies or from baked milk.

Toss cookies with sugar and cocoa. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites first until white, and then gradually add the yolks. Add sour cream and baking powder to the eggs, mix thoroughly.

Combine the resulting egg mixture with the crushed cookies. Then gradually add flour here, kneading the dough. Depending on the cookies and the quality of the flour, you may need more or less flour. As a result, you should get an elastic dough, similar in consistency to plasticine. Put the resulting dough for the "Sweet" cake in the refrigerator.

Cook semolina porridge with the addition of milk, cool it. Soften butter in the microwave and whisk with sour cream and sugar. Gradually add semolina into this mixture, continuing to beat. The cream is ready.

Sprinkle flour on the table, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into several, equal in diameter, 5 cm thick cakes.

Remember how wide the cakes will be, the size of the cake will come out.

Bake each cake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 5-10 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a thin wooden skewer or toothpick. If it stays dry, then the cake is ready.

Cool the cakes, brush with cream and lay a pile on top of each other. Cover the finished cake with a deep bowl on top so that it fits completely there. Leave the sweet baked goods on the table overnight. In the morning, melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven, carefully coat the "Sweet" cake with it. Garnish with whole or chopped nuts.
