It is necessary

    • For minced meat:
    • 500 g fish fillet (any);
    • 200 g of white bread;
    • 150 g milk or water;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.
    • For filling:
    • 250 g champignons;
    • 2-3 onions;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 2 eggs;
    • parsley and dill;
    • salt;
    • breadcrumbs;
    • 30 g of vegetable oil;
    • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the minced fish. Take the fillet, wash it under cold water, dry it slightly with paper towels and mince it at least two to three times. You can grind the fish with a blender.

Step 2

Soak bread separately in milk or water. It should be slightly stale, as fresh can give the roll a slightly sour taste. As soon as the bread swells, take it out immediately and squeeze it out.

Step 3

After that, mix the minced fish well with the swollen bread and pass everything through a meat grinder again.

Step 4

To make your fishloaf soft and tender, add milk or water left over from soaking bread to the minced meat. Then salt and pepper the resulting mass and mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Prepare the filling for the roll separately. Chop mushrooms and onions finely, fry them over low heat in a little vegetable oil. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop. Wash and chop the greens. Next, mix the fried mushrooms and onions with eggs, herbs and salt a little.

Step 6

On cling film, gently flatten the minced fish in the shape of a rectangle no more than two centimeters thick and place the filling in the middle of it. Then, using a film, connect the edges of the minced meat so that they slightly overlap one another, forming a seam.

Step 7

Put the resulting roll seam down on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with bread crumbs. On top of the fish roll, make a few punctures with a toothpick or fork, drizzle with vegetable oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 8

Then put it in an oven preheated to 250 ° C and bake for thirty to forty minutes. After the time has passed, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
