Fish roll made from saury will perfectly complement the daily menu and will look great on the festive table. Saury contains many valuable trace elements and fats, so the roll will turn out to be not only tasty, but also healthy.

- - saury fillet (120 g);
- –Wheat bread (25 g);
- - onion (40 g);
- –Chicken egg (1 pc.);
- - dill (5 g);
- - butter (15 g);
- - ground crackers (15 g);

Instructions
Step 1
Take fish fillets, rinse thoroughly under running water. Place the fillets in a meat grinder or blender and chop. Add salt and pepper to the resulting mixture, mix well again.

Wash the dill, chop finely. Peel the onion, cut into large pieces. Divide the bread into small pieces by hand. Transfer all the ingredients and the chicken egg to the minced fish and stir again until a homogeneous consistency is formed. The minced meat for the roll should be airy, but not liquid. Leave the mixture on for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Cover the baking sheet with cooking paper, grease with cooking oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the minced meat, evenly leveling it over the surface of the baking sheet. Bake the dish in the oven for about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 150-160 degrees.
Step 4
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the dish cool slightly. Gently grab one edge of the resulting layer with your hands and slowly roll it into a roll. Spread butter on top of the still warm roll and wait until the dish is soaked.
Step 5
