- one jar of saury in oil,
- two fresh cucumbers,
- two boiled eggs
- 100 grams of hard cheese
- two tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- some lemon juice
- some ground pepper,

Step 1
Cut the white bread into pieces, the thickness of which we choose ourselves. White bread can be replaced with black, but this is to your liking, whoever likes it.
Peel the boiled eggs and cut each egg in two. Separate the yolk from the protein. We chop the proteins in any convenient way, you can chop finely with a knife or crush with an ordinary potato crush.
Step 2
Drain the oil from the saury and chop the fish with a fork. Three cheese on a coarse grater. In a bowl, combine saury with chopped chicken proteins and grated cheese, season with two tablespoons of mayonnaise, add lemon juice (you can do without it - to taste) and black ground pepper, mix.
Step 3
Grease the slices of white bread with the resulting fish mixture. Cut the cucumbers into rings. Grind the yolks with a fork. Put two cucumber rings on a slice of bread greased with fish mass, a sprig of washed and dried dill on the cucumber, and sprinkle with yolk on top. We get very bright and at the same time mouth-watering, delicious sandwiches. We serve sandwiches and enjoy the taste.
