These delicious muffins are made with sour cream and fresh apples. This dessert is served with caramel and nuts (walnuts or pecans) - it turns out both delicious and beautiful. Additionally, they can be served with decorative twigs.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups peeled and diced apples;
- - 400 g of caramel;
- - 230 ml sour cream;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - a glass of roasted nuts;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - 2 large eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of heavy cream;
- - baking powder, vanilla extract, butter, soda.
- For sprinkling:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of flour, the same amount of butter;
- - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a powder for future muffins. For this, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon. Cut butter into cubes, place in dry mixture, stir by hand until crumbs form. Place the powdered utensils in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Mix sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract with a mixer.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder separately. Enter this mixture into the sour cream mass, stir. Add chopped apples.
Step 4
Grease 12 muffin tins with butter, fill them 3/4 of the way with dough, sprinkle with dusting powder.
Step 5
Bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then put them on a wire rack, let cool for half an hour.
Step 6
Melt the creamy caramel in the microwave and leave the caramel at room temperature to thicken.
Step 7
Dip the muffins upside down in caramel, sprinkle with roasted nuts. Place muffins on parchment napkins, caramel side up. You can decorate the treat with decorative twigs by inserting them into muffins.
