These are simple, but very tasty cottage cheese cookies, which are suitable for the everyday table and for a celebration. To prepare it, you need to take:
- 1 glass of wheat flour;
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 120 g butter;
- 120 g granulated sugar;
- 2 egg yolks;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 1 bag of coconut flakes;
- 100 g of honey.
Chop the softened butter and flour with a knife. Wipe the curd through a sieve or metal colander. Add granulated sugar, cottage cheese, egg yolks, finely grated lemon zest, baking powder to the flour mixture and knead a tough dough from all components. Roll it into a bun and let stand for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

- 300 g flour;
- 180 ml of milk;
- 150 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar;
- 3 tsp baking powder for dough;
- ½ a bag of vanilla pudding;
- 9 halves of canned apricots;
- 1 yolk;
- icing sugar.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with butter, egg, 50 grams of granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix flour with baking powder, add to the curd mass and knead the dough.
Dissolve the vanilla pudding mixture and the remaining granulated sugar in 4 tablespoons of milk. Then combine with the remaining milk and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil. Then remove the vanilla cream from heat and cool.
