How to use narrow-leaved fireweed
The container in which the ivan tea will be brewed is rinsed with boiling water. Then, 2-3 teaspoons of the dried leaves and flowers of the plant are put into it. Pour 150 ml of boiling water into a container, close it tightly and wait 5 minutes. Then add another 350 ml of boiling water. It is better to use spring or well water to prepare the drink. The tea should be infused for about ten minutes.
If the tea does not seem strong enough, you can increase the amount of "brewing", it will not do any harm. The only contraindication to drinking the drink is individual intolerance.
You shouldn't add sugar to your tea. It is preferable to enjoy a fragrant drink with a small addition of natural honey.
