Step 1

Let's start by making the cream. Combine lemon juice with yolks, sugar and starch in a saucepan and mix thoroughly. We put on medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. We set aside the cream to cool.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking dish with baking paper. To prepare brownies, melt butter with broken chocolate in a water bath. Add vanilla, mix until smooth, leave to cool slightly.

Step 3

Beat eggs until fluffy with brown sugar. Add chocolate to the egg mixture in a thin stream, mix.

Step 4

Mix the flour and salt separately and add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix so that the dough only "grabs". After that, we place it in the form. Put lemon cream on top (it can be a little sloppy) and make stains with a fork or knife. We send to the oven. The baking time depends on your shape, so we focus on the toothpick, which we stick in the center of the dessert: it should come out wet.

Step 5

Cool the finished baked goods at room temperature, and then put them in the freezer for a short time to make it easier to cut the dessert into portions.
