Cabbage is considered one of the most valuable foods for our body. It contains a large amount of vitamin C necessary for life. The beloved cabbage has long been used for medicinal purposes. Its use is essential for a complete and healthy diet. Of all types of cabbage, many prefer cauliflower. It is also popularly called curly. It is very easy to prepare: there are many recipes for making cauliflower. Below is one of the simplest. It will allow you to quickly and deliciously cook cauliflower in oil.
It is necessary
- 1 liter of water;
- Cauliflower (500 g);
- Butter (60 g);
- ½ tablespoon of salt;
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a saucepan with water, pour ½ tablespoon of salt into it and put on fire. Bring it to a boil.
Step 2
While the water is boiling, peel and wash the cauliflower heads. Put the prepared vegetable in boiling water and cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
Step 3
Remove the boiled heads of cauliflower from the water and put on a dish, which should be placed in a warm place.
Step 4
Cut off a piece of butter (about 60 g). Put it in a hot skillet and melt.
Step 5
Add 6 tablespoons of wheat flour (of any kind) to hot oil and fry it slightly with stirring. Drizzle the cooked mixture over the cauliflower and serve immediately.
