Step 1

To make pizza quickly, you can use ready-made puff pastry. Defrost it, roll it out a little with a rolling pin, shape the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. To prevent the dough from sticking, sprinkle a little cold water on the paper.

Grate cheese, pickles and bell peppers on a fine grater. Cut the sausage, tomato and olives into thin slices.

Brush the dough with ketchup and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Put sausage, pickled cucumber and bell pepper on top of the cheese. Next, lay out the tomato slices, sprinkle generously with grated cheese and garnish with slices of olives.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, check the dough for readiness. To do this, stick a toothpick into it, take it out and see if it is wet or not. If the toothpick is dry, the pizza is ready and the gas can be turned off. Wait a few minutes for the pizza to cool slightly and serve.

If there is no ready-made puff pastry, you can quickly prepare a pizza base yourself. Dissolve in a glass of warm water ½ tbsp. honey and 30 g of dry yeast. Sift one glass of flour and pour water with honey and yeast into it, add 1 tsp. sunflower oil. Mixing gently, knead a soft dough. Leave the dough for 5-10 minutes in a warm place and roll it into the shape you want.

Step 6

Melt 150 g margarine and mix with 1.5 cups flour, a pinch of salt and 150 g sour cream. Knead the dough so that it is fluffy and pliable. Do not wrinkle the dough too much, otherwise it will be too dense.
