A casserole based on pasta with mushrooms inside is not only tasty, but also satisfying. Cooking will not take long. In taste and composition, this casserole resembles lasagna with mushrooms. The pasta replaces the dough.

It is necessary

  • for 2 servings:
  • - curly pasta 100 g;
  • - frozen mushrooms 400-500 g;
  • - bacon 100 g;
  • - fresh tomatoes 4 pcs.;
  • - eggs 3 pcs.;
  • - sour cream ½ tbsp.;
  • - butter 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - hard grated cheese 150 g;
  • - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - 1 clove garlic;
  • - salt, ground black pepper;
  • - vegetable oil for mold lubrication.

Instructions

Step 1

Dip the pasta in boiling salted water. There should be about three times more water than pasta, then they will not boil over. It is better to take durum pasta. After 10-15 minutes of boiling, filter the pasta through a colander, then fill with one part of butter.

Step 2

Prepared, thawed naturally, cut the mushrooms into slices. You can take any mushrooms that you like. Pay attention to whites and mushrooms. These mushrooms have a more intense smell and go well with pasta.

Step 3

Chop the bacon into thin strips. Fresh tomatoes, cut into medium cubes. Lightly fry the bacon in a frying pan, put it on a plate. Fry mushrooms and tomatoes in oil, salt and pepper.

Step 4

You can fry bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms together and put them as filling in one layer, or you can separately put bacon in one layer, mushrooms and tomatoes in a separate layer. Separately, the appearance of the casserole will be noticeably different in color, each layer.

Step 5

Beat eggs with sour cream until approximately doubled in volume. Add grated cheese, chopped herbs and garlic to the resulting mass. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

Step 6

All fillings are ready. We begin to form the casserole. The dish, intended for casserole, is carefully greased with vegetable oil. Put half of the cooked pasta in a greased form. Next we put a layer of mushrooms with tomatoes, a separate layer of bacon. Put the remaining pasta on top.

Step 7

Fill with the egg-cheese mixture and decorate with herbs. We bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150-200 degrees.

Step 8

Remove the finished casserole from the oven. Sprinkle with butter. Let it cool slightly and carefully put it on a plate with two wide spatulas. Sour cream can be served with the casserole. Cooking time 45 minutes.
