Step 1
A baking sleeve is made of special polyethylene, which is resistant to high temperatures. This material is absolutely safe and does not emit any harmful substances when heated.

The baking sleeve looks like a rolled sleeve. To fix the edges to the roll, there are special ties made from what material.
Step 3
To prepare food from the roll, cut the required piece. You can determine its size as follows: add about 20 centimeters to the length of the product to be prepared for tying. Put the product in the sleeve, tie the edges, making sure that they are completely covered. Then place on a baking sheet, frying pan or wire rack and place in an oven preheated to the desired temperature. In addition, the sleeve can also be used for microwave cooking.
Step 4
The roasting sleeve is able to withstand different heating temperatures. On average, it is 200-230 degrees. As a rule, this information is indicated on the packaging.
Step 5
Place it in the oven in such a way that it does not come into contact with the walls, as when heated, the sleeve swells and may burst if it comes into contact with hot metal.
Step 6
Dishes that are cooked using the roasting sleeve taste like baked and steamed at the same time. In it you can cook both individual products and assorted foods. During the baking process, they are saturated with their own juices and seasonings, thanks to which they acquire a rich and bright taste.

When cooking in the roasting sleeve, the food does not brown. Therefore, to get it, cut the sleeve a few minutes before the end of cooking and leave the dish in the oven.
