Foil is one of the popular kitchen accessories. Meat, fish, poultry or vegetables baked in it are very juicy, tender and aromatic. In addition, products cooked in foil retain maximum useful properties. But foil can be used not only for baking, but also for storing food in the refrigerator, as well as for preparing some cold snacks.
It is necessary
- For the "Vkusnyatina" snack roll:
- - 3 pcs. thin Armenian lavash;
- - 300 g of smoked sausage;
- - 200 g of cheese;
- - 300 g of Korean carrots;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - sour cream.
- For pork "Accordion":
- - 500 g of pork (carbonate or neck);
- - 1-2 tomatoes;
- - 100 g of hard cheese;
- - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- - pepper;
- - salt.
- For "Holiday" mackerel:
- - 2 mackerels;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 2 boiled eggs;
- - 100 g of processed cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - pepper.

Step 1
Snack roll "Vkusnyatina"
Spread a large sheet of pita bread on the work surface and brush it with sour cream. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and mix with the peeled and pressed garlic cloves. Cut the smoked sausage into thin strips. Put grated cheese mixed with garlic on greased pita bread. Put the second pita bread on top, brush it with sour cream and lay out the sausage cut into strips. Then put in the third pita bread, greased with mayonnaise, and lay out the Korean carrots. Roll all three layers very carefully. Wrap it tightly in baking foil and refrigerate for half an hour. Before serving, remove the foil from the snack roll and cut it into round slices.
Step 2
Pork "Accordion"
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Then cut into thin slices and the cheese into slices. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into wedges. Wash a piece of pork, dry it with a paper towel and make deep cuts in the meat every 1, 5-2 centimeters. Rub the pork thoroughly on all sides with a mixture of salt and ground pepper. Place a slice of cheese, a wedge of tomato, and a wedge of garlic in each cut. Wrap the meat prepared in this way in foil, put on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Step 3
Mackerel "Festive"
Gut the mackerel, remove the head, then cut the fish along the ridge in 2 halves and separate all the bones. Wash the resulting fillets, dry with a napkin, rub with salt and ground pepper, pour with lemon juice. Then prepare the filling. To do this, peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into thin half rings, and cut the carrots into strips. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs, and grate the melted cheese. Combine all prepared ingredients: fried carrots and onions, chopped eggs and grated processed cheese. Stir the filling thoroughly. Take a sheet of baking foil and brush it with vegetable oil. Place a layer of mackerel skin side down on the foil, spread the filling on top and cover with a second layer of fish, placed skin side up on the filling. After that, wrap the mackerel in foil, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for half an hour to bake until tender. Serve the fish to the table, garnish with lemon slices.
