First you need to knead the dough. To do this, yeast must be mixed with milk. Add sugar, 2 eggs, flour, butter and a pinch of salt. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, the glaze is being prepared. In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, heat the butter, honey, sugar, cream, and a pinch of salt. Bring everything to a boil and let the glaze boil for 2-4 minutes, until the mixture acquires a light beige hue. After that, almonds should be added to the glaze.

Place the dough in a mold and let it rise again. Use a spoon to smooth the almond glaze on the dough.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then the cake should cool for 10-15 minutes. Then it must be cut across.

Now you need to prepare the cream. To do this, warm milk must be mixed with vanilla. Beat the yolks and sugar separately. Separately mix the cornstarch with a pinch of salt. Put milk on low heat and add flour and eggs little by little until the mixture is smooth. Then remove from heat. Add oil.

When the cream has cooled, it should be spread on the cake. You should carefully return the top cake to its place and wait until the cake is soaked. It will take 4-8 hours.
