- 3 sour apples;

- 3 sour apples;
- 1.5 liters of chicken broth;
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 0.5 tbsp chopped rosemary;
- 2 tbsp. l. oyster sauce;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.

Step 1
Recipe number 1
Rinse the tomatoes in plenty of running water. Dip them in hot water for 1 minute, then carefully remove and place them on a plate. Peel the tomatoes, chop them finely and place in a saucepan.
Step 2
Stew the tomatoes in with the addition of 1 tbsp. butter over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally with a spoon to avoid burning.

Peel and finely chop the large white leek.
Step 4
Wash the apples, peel them, core them and grate them on a coarse grater.

Simmer the onions and apples in a skillet with the remaining butter for 15 minutes over low heat.

Arrange the onions and apples with the tomatoes, add water, salt to taste, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything and bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat and cook the soup for 10 minutes at a low boil.

Stir the yolks, pour them into the soup, mix everything well and remove the pan from heat.

Serve the soup with a sprinkle of parsley or other herbs of your choice.

Peel the onion, chop it finely and place it in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add vegetable oil and rosemary there. Mix everything and fry over low heat until the onions are soft.
