This original noodle soup is very easy to prepare, it belongs to Japanese cuisine. You can use regular egg noodles for this dish, or you can make homemade noodles using flour, baking soda, water, and eggs if you like.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of egg noodles;
- - 500 ml of water;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cornstarch;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - watercress, ginger root.
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the noodles in boiling water, lightly salt, cook after boiling for 4 minutes. After that, discard the noodles in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Pour water into a saucepan, add soy sauce, salt to taste, place on the stove and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Dilute cornstarch with 2 tbsp. spoons of cold water, pour a thin stream into the boiling broth, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Mix eggs in a separate bowl until smooth.
Step 5
Stir the broth vigorously in one direction, pouring the egg mass into it. Then remove the pot from the stove.
Step 6
Now rinse the finished noodles with hot water, put them in bowls, pour over with egg broth. Watercress and ginger are required for the finished noodle soup. Sprinkle the noodles with salad, rub the ginger, sprinkle on the dish. Serve the egg and ginger noodle soup right away.
