It is necessary
- - vermicelli (200 g);
- - potatoes (3-4 pieces);
- - chicken meat (300 g);
- - onions (1 pc);
- - carrots (1 pc);
- - sunflower oil (2 tablespoons);
- - butter (20 g);
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Lay out all the ingredients you need on the table. This will make the chicken noodle soup cook much faster. Then start boiling the broth. Wash and cut the meat into small pieces and toss it in boiling water. Add bay leaves, allspice and salt. Cook until tender.
Step 2
At this time, wash, peel and chop all the other ingredients: carrots - into small strips, onions - into small slices, and potatoes - into cubes. Skim the broth regularly. Add the potatoes to the pot and continue to cook, stirring every 3-4 minutes. To get a better understanding of how to make chicken noodle soup, it is advised not to leave the stove at all.
Step 3
Take out the pan and heat it up. Add onions and carrots and sauté until golden brown. Use a fork to pierce the potato cube. If it goes easily, then it is already ready and you can add onions with carrots. Spoon the contents straight out of the skillet using a wooden spoon.
Step 4
Now add the vermicelli. You can break it or add it whole. It all depends on your preferences. Dip it gently into the water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes and taste regularly. Then turn off the heat, put a lid on the pot and let it sit for a couple of minutes. You can serve the dish on the table.
