Ingredients:

  • half chicken - 1 pc;
  • large carrot - 1 pc;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • large egg - 1 pc;
  • turnip onions - 1 pc;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • salt;
  • greens (dill, parsley);
  • pepper (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to make homemade noodles. To do this, pour a glass of flour with a slide on the table. Make a depression in flour with a spoon, break an egg there and salt. Add half a glass of water to the well. Knead the dough with quick movements.
  2. Then roll it out, sprinkle with flour so that it does not stick to your hands, and cut into strips 4 cm wide. Fold the dough strips in rows and cut into thin strips, sprinkle with flour and dry for an hour. Homemade noodles are ready!
  3. Next, you need to boil the chicken. Pour water into a deep saucepan and dip the previously washed chicken half into it. The water must be salted. In order for the broth to end up being transparent, you need to constantly remove the foam while cooking the chicken. Continue to cook the chicken for 40 minutes. Strain the broth and remove the already cooked chicken from it. Put the strained broth on the fire again.
  4. Next, wash the carrots, peel, rub with straws. Peel the onion and chop it into strips. Grind the washed bunch of parsley. Fry carrots with onions and parsley in sunflower oil heated in a pan.
  5. Pour the roasted onion and carrot into the boiling, strained broth, bring to a boil. Pour homemade noodles into the broth, season with salt and cook for another 20 minutes. Add pepper just before the end of cooking.
  6. While the soup is being cooked, the meat of the cooked chicken must be separated from the bones. Cut into equal sized pieces.

When serving on the table, put a portion of chicken meat in bowls with soup, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
