The most popular soup is chicken noodle soup. It turns out to be very tasty, aromatic and light. It tastes much better when the noodles are homemade rather than store-bought.

- - potatoes 5-7 pcs.;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - carrots 2 pcs.;
- - wheat flour 1 glass;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - Parmesan cheese 30 g;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - 3/4 teaspoon sugar;
- - allspice peas 5 pcs.;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken, cut into large portions. Cut off excess fat. Heat the water in a large saucepan.
Step 2
Sift flour, beat in 1 egg. Knead an elastic dough. Roll it into a ball, cover with a towel, and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Dip pieces of meat, allspice and a whole peeled onion into a saucepan of boiling water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium, cover pan with lid. After 10 minutes add a piece of Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Peel and chop the onion. Peel the carrots, cut into strips. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until golden brown.
Step 5
Remove the onion and allspice from the broth. You can leave the chicken in large pieces, or you can cool it, separate the meat from the bones and put small pieces of chicken fillet in the soup.
Step 6
Roll the prepared dough into a layer 1-2 mm thick. Roll the dough in three, cut into thin strips 2-3 mm thick.
Step 7
Add potatoes to the broth, let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then lay out the roast with carrots and onions. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Then add the noodles, cook for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave the finished soup covered for 15-20 minutes.
