It is necessary to pour cold water into a saucepan, put chicken legs in it and put on fire. When the water boils, be sure to remove the foam from the surface of the broth.

For cooking noodles: break an egg into a separate bowl and add enough flour to make the dough tough. Thoroughly crush the resulting lump of dough and roll it into a thin pancake. Next, we cut it into strips, and they are already into noodles.

Next, clean the potatoes and cut into small cubes. When the legs are half ready, put the chopped potatoes in a saucepan.

While the potatoes and chicken legs are boiling, we clean the carrots, onions and wash the bell peppers. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into cubes.
