The easiest lunch you can make is regular chicken noodle soup. This dish is very useful due to the broth that doctors recommend to sick people. To give the soup a slightly different taste, you just need to add the usual vegetables to it, a couple of additional ingredients and cook it in a slow cooker.
It is necessary
- - water 1, 5-2 liters
- - chicken 500 g
- - potatoes 4 pcs.
- - onion 1 pc.
- - carrots 1 pc.
- - celery root 100 g
- - noodles 50 g
- - bay leaves 3 pcs.
- - greens
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces and put in the cartoon bowl. Pour water over the poultry and cook for one hour using the "Soup" or "Stew" mode.
Step 2
Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, onions and celery.
Step 3
When the chicken is done, the broth can be filtered if it is not clear enough. Add vegetables to it, put bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Cooking soup for 1 hour on the "Stew" or "Soup" mode.
Step 4
Pour noodles into the multicooker bowl 10-15 minutes before the end of the readiness of the dish.

When serving, add finely chopped herbs to the soup.
