Lovely hearty noodle soup with tender pork. This first course doesn't look much like traditional noodles, it tastes much better.

It is necessary

  • -350-400 g lean pork
  • -2 eggs
  • -1 glass of flour
  • -2 tomatoes
  • -1 onion
  • -2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • -salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly, make 2 intersecting cuts on top, and place in a bowl. Boil a small amount of water and pour over the tomatoes, let them stand for 30 seconds, and then peel them off. After this procedure, the skin should easily come off the pulp. Cut the pulp into wedges.

Step 2

Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into small strips. Peel the onion, rinse it, cut into strips or cubes.

Step 3

Beat the eggs until whitening, they should increase slightly, while continuing to beat, gradually add flour, but not all, but half. Then remove the dough from the container, add the remaining flour and salt, knead the elastic dough. Give it a little "rest" - about 10 minutes, then roll it into a very thin layer, sprinkle with flour and cut into thin strips. Put the resulting noodles on a dry, floured surface and dry.

Step 4

Pour oil into the pan, heat it, add onion and meat, fry the onion until soft, then add the tomatoes and simmer under a closed lid for 5 minutes. Transfer the frying to a saucepan, pour in 1.5 liters of water, boil, reduce heat and add noodles. Cook the noodle soup for another 7 minutes. If desired, at this stage, the dish can be seasoned, add herbs.
