Usually, such a culinary process takes no more than 20 minutes. First, pour the milk into a prepared aluminum container. Drain the water there. Place a ladle or saucepan on the stove and add sugar. Then add the salt and wait for the milk to boil. Put the noodles in a bowl and cook until tender, stirring constantly.

It is better to immediately serve such a soup to the table, because the vermicelli quickly swells.

Interestingly, you can also cook milk soup with noodles using a multicooker. You will need the following ingredients: butter to taste, a glass of water and noodles, 5 glasses of milk, 1, 5 tbsp. sugar, salt to taste. Pour water and milk into the multicooker bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the butter, there. Mix everything thoroughly and select the "Milk porridge" mode. That's all. It remains only to press the button and wait for the ready signal. Put a piece of butter in the prepared soup just before serving.

If you don't like store-bought noodles, try making milk soup with homemade. To do this, you will need: 300 ml of water, 300 g of wheat flour, a chicken egg, 250 ml of milk, salt and sugar to taste.

Sift flour gently on the table and form a small slide. Make a depression in it and pour in the egg. Then knead a tough homogeneous dough, cover it with a towel and leave for half an hour. Roll out thinly and cut into slices. Roll them up and cut them into strips. Chop each strip of dough into strips. Spread the noodles evenly on the table and wait 40 minutes. It should dry out normally. Bring milk and water to a boil, add salt and sugar. Then add the noodles and cook the soup for about 10 minutes over low heat. Remember to stir.

It turns out that regular consumption of coconut milk lowers the level of cholesterol in the body and contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Given the beneficial properties of coconut milk, it doesn't hurt to learn how to cook noodles soup with it. You will need: 450 ml of coconut milk, 1, 3 liters of vegetable broth, 3 tablespoons. fish sauce, 200 g of mushrooms, 200 g of rice noodles, 150 g of Chinese cabbage, salt, coriander and pepper to taste, 150 g of shrimp, 50 g of bean sprouts and green onions (small bunch).

You can also add chili peppers for spice.

Take a deep saucepan and pour broth, milk and fish sauce into it. Peel the mushrooms, rinse and cut into slices. Put them in the same saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and add the noodles. Add peeled shrimp there. Cook the soup for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the bean sprouts, coriander and chopped green onions. Season the soup with salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed. The result is a very original dish. When serving, dip a small piece of butter into bowls.
